Job summary

ACP and Verticomm is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair office technology equipment at client sites. You will travel to locations, perform repairs on copiers and printers, and conduct routine maintenance while ensuring parts are ordered for subsequent visits.

We provide a company vehicle, uniform shirts, a laptop, and a phone allowance, with a full benefits plan and training. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a competitive $20–$25 per hour wage based on

Qualifications

• Experience repairing office technology equipment preferred.
• Willing to undergo background check and driving history review.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls for copier/printer repairs at client sites.
• Travel to client locations to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Inspect machines, perform routine/preventive maintenance, and replace worn parts.
• Communicate repair status to clients; order parts and schedule follow-up visits.
