Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 1–2 years of technical/repair experience with business equipment.
• N+ or equivalent certification; additional IT certs a plus.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.

Aufgaben

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations for KM MFPs and printers.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking on Windows and Mac OS; load drivers.
• Travel to customer sites daily; manage territory workload and communication.
• Provide sales support and advise on service leads.
• Maintain accurate territory inventory and complete timesheets/expense reports.
• Train customers on printing/scanning functions.
• Follow call handling procedures and meet productivity metrics.
