Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Office Systems Associate 2 to join our field service team in the Indianapolis area.

You will perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM MFPs, printers, and select third-party devices, with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction. Travel locally daily to customer sites, install or de-install equipment, troubleshoot networking, load drivers and upgrade firmware.

Qualifications

• Has electrical or mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills.
• Experience with printing from business applications is preferred.
• Familiar with Windows and Mac client environments; able to load drivers and configure networks.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance and repairs on KM MFPs, printers, and compatible devices.
• Travel locally daily to customer sites and manage territory workload; maintain customer communication.
• Install/de-install equipment, configure networking, and troubleshoot printing/scanning issues.
• Train customers on basic printing/scanning functions and support sales with service leads.
