Applied Innovation in Michigan is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will service and maintain office equipment at customer sites with professionalism and care.

The role includes driving a company vehicle with gas card and training provided. Prior field service experience is helpful but not required, making you a hands-on problem solver passionate about technology and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Factory certifications (Canon, Ricoh) preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of print drivers and basic network communication is helpful.
• Prior field service or technical repair experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to plan work effectively and manage multiple service calls.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

This position is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
