Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician for the San Francisco, CA area. You will perform high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers, ensuring safety and brand standards.

You’ll work on warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment, traveling within the market. A company vehicle is provided, with comprehensive benefits and paid training to develop technical and customer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of service-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and ensure adherence to Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a stocked vehicle and support first-time fixes.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab’s value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
