Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the San Francisco, CA market. This field-based role delivers service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for institutional customers, with travel across the Bay Area as needed.

You will uphold Ecolab Brand Standards, keep a stocked vehicle, and collaborate with sales and service teams to drive measurable customer outcomes. A valid driver’s license and 2+ years of service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of service-related experience installing, maintaining, or repairing equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions; ability to travel and work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Manage equipment and inventory to keep a stocked vehicle and ensure first-time fix.
• Document work accurately and communicate value to customers.
