Job summary

Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service Kyocera MFPs at customer sites in Orlando and surrounding areas.

The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal printer performance and customer satisfaction. You will travel to client locations, manage parts inventory, and provide on-site operator training while upholding high standards of service, safety, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of networking concepts.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot network-connected printers.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform service calls.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain office equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service requests.
• Manage and maintain accurate vehicle stock and parts inventory.
• Provide operator training to improve customer productivity and uptime.
