Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Experience troubleshooting computer software/hardware.

• Willingness to learn and train customers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation and relocation of equipment.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Log service calls and report data issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure first-time problem resolution.
• Coordinate with Data Center and maintain vehicle logs.
