Job summary

Scientific Games in the United States seeks a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations, perform installs and PMs, and relocate equipment. You will troubleshoot communications hardware and POS devices with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will train customers, log service calls, and maintain vehicle readiness while traveling to sites, often on evenings or weekends as needed. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Background check, drug test, and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to troubleshoot computer software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, installation, removal and preventive maintenance of lottery equipment.
• Complete service calls at lottery retailer locations with limited supervision.
• Provide training and support to customers on equipment usage.
• Record service data and report issues to management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle outages efficiently.
