Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; SSE program and 1-2 years in an entry level field technician role preferred.
• 3+ years of compression, production, and equipment experience or training; strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and performs job activities per Kodiak procedures and goals.
• Troubleshoot complex repairs and perform major equipment overhauls and operation.
• Ensure 98% or better mechanical availability of equipment.
• Maintain customer relationships and communicate parts inventory needs to Supply Chain.
• Provide 24/7 coverage, overtime, and on-call as required.
• Follow HSE procedures and participate in HSE meetings.
