Job summary

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork, communication skills, and experience with compressor systems (Waukesha, Ariel, Caterpillar). Valid driver's license and ability to work on-call are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of Kodiak’s SSE program is preferred.
• Three+ years in compression/related operations or training encouraged.
• Certification in Cat, Waukesha, or Ariel is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

• Direct and perform field activities in line with Kodiak procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex repairs and major equipment overhauls.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Communicate parts and inventory needs to Supply Chain.
• Maintain 98%+ mechanical availability and observe HSE protocols.
• Provide 24/7 coverage; participate in on-call rotations and overtime.
• Complete required reports per area procedures.
