Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services LLC is seeking an intermediate level Field Service Technician to operate and service compressor packages and gas processes. The role includes diagnosing repairs, backfilling other field tasks, and ensuring high mechanical availability of equipment.

Required are 3+ years related experience, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with Waukesha/Ariel/Caterpillar compressors. Ongoing training and strong customer interaction are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• SSE program completion preferred.
• 3+ years in compression, production, and equipment-related experience.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR.
• Waukesha and Ariel certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair compressor packages and gas process equipment.
• Direct and coordinate field activities per Kodiak procedures.
• Maintain 98%+ mechanical availability of equipment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide 24/7 coverage and participate in on-call rotations.
• Complete required reports and follow area procedures.
• Assist other field positions as needed.
