Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Trainer to manage field issues, deliver installation training, and support warranty programs across the U.S. and internationally.

You will visit job sites, train personnel on IMP installations, update manuals, and collaborate with Technical Services, Quality Control, and Engineering. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 95%).
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage field issues and warranty programs.
• Develop and conduct installation training on site and in classroom settings.
• Modify and update installation manuals to current information.
• Visit job sites to ensure proper installation and train personnel.
• Prepare detailed job reports with photos and descriptions of conditions.
• Ensure excellent customer service at job sites.
• Plan and perform inspections, trainings, and repairs in the U.S. and internationally.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Quality Control, and Engineering.
