Job summary

Imperial Supplies is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel across the United States, helping customers organize maintenance shops and optimize inventory systems. You will work with our Sales team to create efficient workspaces and build lasting customer relationships.

We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work, traveling, and problem solving. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required; training will be provided if you have no prior

Qualifications

• No prior Field Service experience required—we will train you.
• Willing to travel up to 90% during scheduled weeks.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups.
• Identify, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products for improved workflow.
• Train customers on ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools.
• Travel Monday through Friday to customer locations across the United States while building relationships.
