Job summary

AWIP seeks an on-site field trainer responsible for managing installation training and warranty programs across job sites in the U.S. and internationally. The role requires visiting sites, training personnel, and coordinating corrective actions with proper documentation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least one year in construction field services, with proficiency in reading drawings and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor degree preferred.
• One year experience in construction field services.
• Experience installing metal panels, pre-engineered buildings, or sheet metal preferred.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage field issues, installation training, and warranty programs.
• Develop and conduct installation training programs on site and in classrooms.
• Visit job sites to ensure proper installation and train personnel.
• Visit major claims and coordinate corrective actions with cost justification.
• Create detailed reports with photos and descriptions of installations.
• Plan and perform job site inspections, training, and repairs in the U.S. and internationally.
• Travel extensively while minimizing expenses and using company procedures.
