Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Kansas City market. In this field-based role, you will deliver consistent, high-quality customer program execution through reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments.

You will support customers, help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards, and partner with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.
• Current valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent customer experience.
