Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Detroit, MI market. In this field-based service role, you will deliver high-quality customer program execution through reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution.

You will support customers across Institutional business segments, help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met, and partner with sales and service teams to deliver an enhanced customer experience and measurable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Overnight shift availability and ability to provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment.
• Provide service to customers across the market and maintain Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage parts and inventory for a fully stocked vehicle.
• Complete accurate documentation for all work performed.
