Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Minneapolis, MN market. In this field-based role, you will deliver high-quality customer program execution through reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments.

You will support customers, help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards, and partner with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience and outcomes. A company vehicle is provided and paid training is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of service-related experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Overnight shifts and emergency call duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and help customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to keep a stocked vehicle and support first-time fix.
• Document all work performed accurately and timely.
• Communicate Ecolab’s value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
