Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team serving the Cleveland, OH market and surrounding areas. This field-based role delivers reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution to support customer programs and brand standards.

You will collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience and measurable outcomes, with travel to nearby locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance/troubleshooting/installations).
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Overnight shift availability and possible calls after hours.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service across the market, supporting aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment.
