Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our St. Louis, MO team. In this field-based role, you will deliver high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment across institutional markets.

Expect a schedule that supports teamwork and safety with a company vehicle provided. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2 years of service-related experience, and a valid driver’s license, with overnight and on-call

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
