Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot WOW! services.
• Complete new installations, reconnections, upgrades, and downgrades.
• Install and relocate outlets, modems, wiring, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues from customer equipment to the network tap.
• Test and repair coaxial cable and components.
• Educate customers on equipment usage and services.
• Maintain safety and vehicle operation; complete reports.
