Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Field Service Technician to service institutional customers in the San Diego market. You will perform installations, maintenance, and issue resolution, ensuring adherence to Brand Standards and delivering a superior customer experience.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, 2 years of service-related experience, and flexibility for overnight and emergency calls. A company vehicle is provided along with extensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and be on emergency call.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and help customers meet standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for first-time fix performance.
• Document all work performed accurately and timely.
• Communicate value of Ecolab to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
