Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to service the San Antonio, TX market. This field-based role delivers high-quality program execution through service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers.

You will support across segments, meet brand standards, and collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience. Travel to San Antonio and surrounding areas is required; typical schedule involves 10-hour shifts Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed, with

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining or installing equipment.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions is required.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service to customers across the institutional market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders reliably.
• Proactively evaluate account conditions and ensure brand standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for a fully stocked vehicle and first-time fix performance.
• Document all work accurately and timely.
• Communicate value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution and service teams to improve responsiveness and customer experience.
