Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and train customers on our equipment across multiple locations. You will handle installation, routine maintenance, and repairs, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role offers a four 10-hour shift schedule (Wed–Sat) with overtime eligibility and a quarterly bonus up to $5,200. Benefits include zero-premium medical for singles, HSA contributions for families, and a 401(k) plan with 4.5% match.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test; positive results disqualify applicants.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to problem solve customer issues for installation and service.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties.
• Strong customer focus and positive handling of challenging situations.
• Must meet Fleet Safety requirements and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to carry 50 pounds by hand.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, reach.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 20 feet.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain our products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Meet and control operational goals and timelines.
• Comply with internal processes and local/federal requirements including DOT, OSHA, HACCP.
• Maintain proper parts and supply levels in service vehicles and paperwork.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Provide training and coaching to customers as needed.
• Utilize iPhone apps to perform role functions (parts, notes, clock-in/out).
• Occasional night installations; schedule varies with demand.
