Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Remote Service Technician to install and service our equipment for customers across the U.S. The ideal candidate will be located in Springfield, MA or the immediate surrounding area and will support installation, servicing, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• DOT-regulated vehicle operation; pre-employment drug test required.
• Strong customer focus and ability to respond to challenging customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain our products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Meet service labor goals and 5S standards; ensure proper paperwork and parts inventory.
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, HACCP and internal processes.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Train customers on the system and provide troubleshooting support.
