Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to install and service our equipment at customer sites nationwide. You will set up core products for new customers, train users, and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for existing clients.

The role requires heavy lifting, driving a DOT-regulated vehicle, and potentially night installations. Competitive hourly pay, overtime, and quarterly bonus opportunities accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• DOT pre-employment drug test required; positive results disqualify applicants.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to problem solve customer issues for installation and service.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties.
• Strong customer focus and positive response to challenging situations.
• Must meet Fleet Safety requirements and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and access ladders up to 20 feet.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Meet and control operational goals and timelines (service labor per hour, first-time-right, 5S).
• Comply with internal processes and local/federal regulations including DOT/OSHA/HACCP.
• Maintain proper parts and supplies in service vehicles and paperwork.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Train and coach customers on the system as needed.
