Job summary

Restaurant Technologies seeks a Service Technician to install and service our equipment and train customers in troubleshooting and operation. You will work at customer sites, ensuring safe, timely installation and ongoing maintenance.

The role involves night installations at times, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM start, and potential for bonuses and growth through our programs. Located in Kent, WA with diverse benefits and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• DOT-regulated vehicle operation and pre-employment drug test; positive tests disqualify applicants.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical/electrical duties.
• Strong customer focus and positive demeanor.
• Must meet Fleet Safety requirements and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain products safely, timely, and accurately.
• Meet and control service labor per hour, first time right, 5S standards.
• Comply with internal processes and regulations including DOT, OSHA, HACCP.
• Maintain proper parts and supply levels in service vehicles and paperwork.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance.
• Service customers’ needs, train and coach on the system; use iPhone apps for parts, notes, clocking in/out.
• Night installation work may be required; schedule varies with demand.
