Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to install and service our bulk cooking oil management equipment across the food service industry. You will train customers, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.

The role involves driving to sites, meeting safety standards, and supporting a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a DOT-regulated vehicle.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset.
• Basic mechanical and/or electrical duties; able to handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Restaurant Technologies equipment at customer sites.
• Train customers and troubleshoot to ensure correct product performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and handle repairs as needed.
• Maintain service vehicle parts and paperwork; ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with customers to align with schedules and installations.
• Utilize mobile apps for parts, notes, and clocking in/out.
• Occasional night installations; schedule varies with demand.
