Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to support remote locations from Bridgeport, CT area. The role focuses on installation, servicing, and training of our equipment, with travel as needed and a 4/10 schedule.

You''ll earn $31.50/hour plus shift differential, OT, and quarterly safety bonus; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K matching, PTO and holidays. Remote position with nationwide opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Subject to DOT pre-employment drug testing; positive results disqualify applicants, including marijuana.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to problem solve customer issues for installation and service.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties.
• Strong customer focus and positive response to challenging customer situations.
• Must meet Fleet Safety requirements and maintain clean driving record.
• Ability to carry 50 pounds by hand.
• Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist and reach.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 20 feet.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Meet and control service labor per hour and timelines.
• Comply with internal processes and local/federal requirements including DOT, OSHA, HACCP.
• Maintain parts and supply levels in service vehicles and paperwork.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Service, repair, and train customers on the system as needed.
• Use iPhone apps for parts notes and clocking in/out.
• Note: night installations may be required according to demand.
