Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our New York City market. In this field-based role, you will deliver high-quality customer program execution through service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution.

You will support Institutional customers and collaborate with sales and service teams to drive value and compliance with brand standards. This position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of service-related experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of service-related experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or installation.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to meet standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate total value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
