Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Jersey Shore, NJ market. In this field-based service role, you will deliver consistent, high-quality customer program execution through reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution.

You will support customers across Institutional segments, help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met, and partner with sales and service teams to deliver an enhanced customer experience and measurable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience installing or maintaining equipment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available.
• Overnight shift availability and ability to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide service support across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changes, and other work orders reliably and efficiently.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to keep a stocked vehicle and support first-time fixes.
• Document all work accurately and timely.
• Communicate Ecolab’s value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
