Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Jersey Shore, NJ market. This field-based role delivers service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments for a broad customer base.

You will support customers across hospitality, foodservice, education, and government sectors, ensuring brand standards, safety, and satisfaction. Travel within the Jersey Shore market is required, with a schedule of 10-hour shifts and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years service-related experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Overnight shift availability and ability to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maximize vehicle readiness and first-time fix rate.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and overall customer experience.
