Job summary

Uniti Group is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services, including telephone, internet, and video. You will use test equipment and work with multiple technologies to diagnose and fix issues.

This role requires driving, safety training, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while climbing ladders and working outdoors. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates should be able to work day, evening, weekend, and

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.
• Willingness to work day, evening, weekend and holiday hours.
• Complete required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business communications services (telephone, internet, video).
• Train and work with tools and test equipment for multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to resolve customers’ needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant, including pole climbing and ladder use.
• Safely operate and maintain the company service vehicle.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
