Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Nashville, TN market. In this field-based service role, you will deliver consistent, high-quality customer program execution through reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution.

You will support customers across Institutional business segments, help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met, and partner with sales and service teams to deliver an enhanced customer experience and measurable customer outcomes.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, installation).
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market and maintain aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle for first-time fixes.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent customer experience.
