ECOLAB in Nashville, TN is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments, with a focus on safety and customer outcomes.

You will travel to customer sites, manage equipment and parts, document work, and collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Position requires a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays

Responsabilités

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience

Formation

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate's degree or other advanced education or certifications
