Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Atlanta, GA market. This field-based role delivers high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments, ensuring brand standards and customer satisfaction.

You will work with sales and service teams to enhance responsiveness, maintain equipment, and support first-time fixes. Training and safety are emphasized, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, installing equipment).
• Must have current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available.
• Available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market and aligned customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and take action to meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab’s total value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent customer experience.
