Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Nashville, TN team. In this field-based role, you will deliver reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for warewashing, laundry, and related systems.

You will support Institutional customers and ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met. This position requires a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Nashville market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• A current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions is required.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance may occur at night, on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service to customers across Nashville and surrounding areas.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and other planned or unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and help customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and inventory for first-time fix performance and timely documentation.
• Communicate Ecolab's value to customers and strengthen relationships.
