Ecolab seeks a Field Service Technician for the Charlotte, NC market. You will deliver high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across institutional segments, traveling to nearby locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• A current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions is required.
• Overnight shifts and emergency call support may be required.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and ensure compliance with Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a stocked vehicle and support first-time fixes.
• Document all work performed accurately and timely.
• Communicate Ecolab's value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and give a consistent customer experience.
