Job summary

Ecolab in Nashville, TN is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service across Institutional accounts. You will install, repair, and maintain warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment, and resolve issues to ensure customer operations run smoothly.

In this role you will manage parts and inventory, document work accurately, and collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Overnight shift availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
