Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Raleigh, NC market. This field-based role includes service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments.

You will support customer programs, meet Ecolab Brand Standards, and collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience. Work schedule is rotating 10-hour shifts, with travel to nearby locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and ensure compliance with Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab’s total value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent customer experience.
