Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative for the Raleigh, NC market. This field-based role requires servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and selling new solutions to restaurants, hotels, schools, and other facilities.

You will travel for training and to customer sites, with compensation details provided, and opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement, and a company vehicle with a cell phone for business use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality experience required.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree or other advanced training or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers using tablets and mobile apps to recommend programs and solutions.
• Communicate total value to customers and grow sales within existing accounts.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines and dispensing equipment.
• Provide emergency service to existing customers when needed.
• Assist in installing equipment and solutions for customers.
• Demonstrate safe equipment use and ensure operations are fully functional.
• Manage equipment, parts and inventory to control costs.
