Qualifications

• High school diploma; valid driver's license.
• Ability to service and repair previously installed windows & doors.
• 2+ years of window installation experience preferred.
• Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills; systematic approach to analysis.
• Interpersonal communication skills; strong listening and empathy; organize schedules and stock.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Renewal by Andersen products.
• Analyze customer situations; determine corrective action and verify effectiveness.
• Keep team informed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve service issues.
• Coach, train and mentor Service Techs.
• Maintain neat service area; manage warehouse stock and replenishments.
• Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
• Apply advanced knowledge of window/door installation techniques and fix installation errors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
