Andersen Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician I to directly deliver enterprise service solutions on customer sites. You will dismantle and replace windows and doors, perform repairs, and ensure warranty compliance while maintaining a professional on-site presence.

Travel to client locations is expected, with documentation and collaboration with service teams. The role emphasizes strong customer interaction, safety, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently,

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver’s license with clean record.
• 2+ years window installation experience preferred, Andersen products a plus.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem solving.
• Ability to work in customers’ homes with safety and cleanliness in mind.

Responsabilités

• Direct delivery of advanced service solutions and warranty compliance.
• Dismantle/replace windows and doors on site, as needed.
• Perform repairs and install replacement parts per diagnosis.
• Document tasks accurately and communicate with service support.
• Travel regularly to customer sites; train others when needed.
• Monitor product performance and contribute to process improvements.
