Job summary

The role involves on-site and roaming support, training customers, inventory management, and coordinating with dispatch to meet service commitments; travel overnight may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of installation, repair and maintenance of telecom and networking devices.
• Experience with Windows OS, VOIP, Adtran Fortinet, AOS, Cisco IOS and wireless technology.
• Telephony experience including cable pulling and terminations up to 100 pair cables; troubleshooting wiring.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain telecom hardware and networking equipment in facilities.
• Provide on-site and roving support, training, and troubleshooting.
• Travel throughout California; overnight stays may be required.
• Install phones, kiosks, video terminals, WAPs, tablets; manage inventory and admin tasks.
