Job summary

Aventiv is seeking a field technician to repair and install telecom and networking equipment across sites. The role involves on-site and roving duties, with responsibilities spanning hardware, wiring, and tablet support.

You will troubleshoot, train customers, and assist with data entry, inventory, and reporting while maintaining tool and asset inventories. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of installation, repair and maintenance of telecom and networking devices.
• Experience with Windows OS, VOIP, Adtran, Fortinet, AOS, Cisco IOS and wireless tech.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, maintains, programs and installs telecom hardware and networking gear.
• Repairs/installs phones, kiosks, tablets and other equipment in facilities.
• Provide site surveys support, pre-bid meetings and/or sales conferences.
