Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions seeks a motivated Field Technician II to join our field operations team. In this entry-level role you will install, maintain, and repair telecom equipment and infrastructure at customer sites, collaborating with senior techs and engineers.

We operate across macro networks, DAS, Small Cells, and Wi-Fi, and your work will help optimize performance and customer satisfaction. You will travel as needed and contribute to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• 2–5 years of telecom field experience with XCAL; CW testing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with telecom cabling, routers, and switches; CW TX and spectrum analyzer use a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up telecom equipment at customer sites and facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and troubleshooting with senior staff.
• Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate testing to verify functionality.
• Conduct tests to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with customers during service calls and document activities.
• Submit installation and maintenance reports to supervisors as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements on all sites.
