Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier/office equipment or related tech.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required training and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to less experienced technicians to support first-call efficiency.
