Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong background in residential construction, maintenance, and remodeling across multiple trades.
• Experience performing repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, appliances, and general home infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance requests and repairs across multiple trades.
• Travel daily throughout the assigned market to service homes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain fleet vehicles, tools, and inventory for repairs.
• Respond to residents promptly with professional customer service.
• Inspect properties and perform preventive maintenance to prevent costly repairs.
