Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong residential construction and multi-trade maintenance background.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and home infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance requests and perform repairs across trades.
• Operate tools safely and comply with codes, OSHA, EPA, ADA, and regulations.
• Travel daily within the market to service homes using company vehicles.
• Inspect properties, prioritize requests, and ensure timely, quality repairs.
• Maintain fleet, tools, and inventory; report hazards promptly.
• Provide courteous, professional resident communications and service.
