FirstKey Homes is seeking a Service Technician II to perform daily maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general systems in resident homes. The role requires travel throughout the market to complete service requests using company tools and inventory.

You will operate independently and as part of a team, ensuring timely, high-quality repairs while upholding safety standards and exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong background in residential construction, maintenance, and remodeling across multiple trades.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and home infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repairs in accordance with company policies, codes, and regulations.
• Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Maintain, repair, and safely operate tools and equipment.
• Respond to residents courteously and resolve service requests promptly.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and impact on resident safety and comfort.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventive maintenance.
